An entire household of furniture and collectibles was sold over a three month period with five online auctions. One bidder for $300+ in merchandise did not pay--there was no mention of any other nonpaying bidders. There was very little communication. After the 5th auction, Brew City agreed to remove all of the remaining items from the house with the exception of Disney figures which I asked to keep. This was not communicated to the crew cleaning out the house and the figurines were moved to their warehouse. The final check was dropped off by the owner and there was no mention of $1400 in bids that were not paid for (over 50 items)--a bit significant and no mention. This was not mentioned until I questioned the amount of total sales. After one no show and no call, we received the figures with the nicest one that had been sitting on top of the refrigerator broken in the box. Very questionable and disappointing ending to this process! Unfortunate, as we trusted him completely.
