DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME, THEY ARE A RIP OFF, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS OR THEIR OWNERS. THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE CARE OF YOUR ANIMAL. THEY TOLD US OUR DOG HAD ONE THING AND THEN ANOTHER AND ANOTHER AND IT WAS JUST ALLERGIES............ CHARGED US A BUNDLE FOR MEDICATION AND CARE, FOR NOTHING. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND STUCK UP. I WAS TALKING TO A WOMAN THAT WAS A CLIENT THERE FOR MANY YEARS, AND SHE SAID IT WOULD BE THE LAST TIME SHE WOULD BE GOING THERE, SHE TOLD ME THAT ALOT OF HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE ALREADY MOVED THEIR PETS TO OTHER PRACTICES. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A SNOB AND THINKS SHE IS GOD OR SOMETHING. IT IS ASHAME TO SEE THIS PRACTICE GOING DOWN HILL, I HAD BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST. I DONT LIKE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE BETTER THEN EVERYONE ELSE AND STAFF THAT HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING

I have been using CVVC for many, many years and have been very satisfied. I own a dog grooming shop here in Hagerstown and regularly reccomend Cumberland Valley to my customers for their veterinarian needs. I have a small dog and a cat that regularly visit CVVC and have never been disappointed. In the last 2 years, they have worked my dog in two seperate times to see him for emergencies (he loves the neighborhood stray cats and runs to the end of his line to try to make friends... the cats aren't interested in "visiting" and he ends up hurting himself). I own a small business and understand that certain people, not everyone, will give you their word for payment, however, when the time comes to make good on the payment, they suddenly have no interest in you or supporting your business. I do feel differently when a life is at stake but, if a business cannot stay afloat, how will they be there to help anyone else?
