        The worst place ever! Mr. Abro is all about a dollar and would rip you off anyway possible. I pulled my child after being at JOLC for one week. I didn't like certain things about the facility. For example, they did not offer a daily and/or weekly report of your toddler. I asked my daughter's teacher for feedback on how she was doing. Her only response...she is fine. I tried to get my deposit back and Mr Abro made that very difficult. He was talking over me and made it clear he was running a business etc. I chalked it up and took it as a lost. I'll definitely do my homework the next time around.

        Mrs. Abro is a swindler. She constantly switches up on fees. When you try to leave she will delay paperwork to try and stop you or change your mind. She even offered to cut the fee in half as a last resort, but my daughter still removed her child from there. They don't provide anything for the children. No snacks, no breakfast and no lunch. So you pay $250 a week plus food & supplies. Total ripoff. The teacher in his class was great, but the overall owner and her craftiness was totally unacceptable.

        Joy of Learning Center gave a very strong base to my daughter, she attends 2nd grade in a private school in Baltimore County, but each year I take her back during Summer Camp, Winter Break and Spring Break. I am glad that my child went to this great School.

        Joy of Learning Daycare center consisently increases its' fees every year. applications as well as center fees. During the summer time, even if your child does not go on the summer field trips you still must pay, due to not having staff avaiable at the center to watch your child. Does not offer reasonable accomodation to chlidren with diabitlites, even though they receive county funds for children who parents are unable to pay regular fees(vouchers). I would think long and hard about having a child attend
