Called twice and inquired about my order that was placed over 2 hours prior 2. Kept telling me that it was in route. Manager and manager in training was so f***ing rude. Had to call and cancel charges on my card. I called and filed complaint with customer service. The gentlemen told me that it will be going straight to the district, owner, and corporate. He put me on hold and called the store to inquire and they told him that it was in route. LMFAO! I asked him to have them to refund me ASAP so that it would go through faster because the charges were still pending. Stay away from this Papa Johns. They are so unprofessional. I even explained that it was dinner for my 10 year old. It is an hour passed her bed time waiting for food that didn't exist!!!!!!! I knew I should have stuck with Pizza Hut. Never again.
