I ordered a cab to take me to O.
I ordered a cab to take me to O.hare. I never been in a cab before and alot of people told me it was better to cab it to O.hare rather than drive. I decided to give it a try. WOW!! For the price I paid it was well worth it. The cab was right there on time. The driver was very nice and even helped me with my luggage. It was a great and hassle free experience! Thank you! I would recommend them!

Living up in Lake County without owning…
Living up in Lake County without owning a car used to mean not being able to get around easily. My friend recommended Lake County All Star Cab and I have been able to get to places I never thought about attempting before. All the drivers I have had were super nice and one even helped me get my sons car seat buckled in to the seat. They are always there on time, even faster then what they tell me. Cab service up here is hit or miss, this one is a definite HIT!

I have been using this company for a couple of years now. They are always there when they say they will be. Unlike alot of companies that say they are going to be there and just blow you off. They are expanding rapidly and I can see why. Its hard to find good cab service in this area. The owners are great people to. The bad review sounds like completion. Perhaps they should worry more about improving their own business and maybe the wouldn't lose it

I called the night before to reserve a cab for 9:50am for a very inportant doctor's appointment just 5 min down the road. The guy took my info and told me someone would be contacting me by 9:30 just to confirm, and if they didnt call to call them. I gave them about 5-6 min to call and called them when I still hadn't got a call. When I called a lady answered and had no idea about my reservation. Instead of being polite and regreatful she was rude and said she was not anywhere around and was going to the airport. I told her that I would be writing a bad review and said thanks. Then I got a text saying " it's 9:43 you should of called at 9:30." I texted back " you said you would be calling me and I gave you 5 min and then called like you asked, and it's unprofessional to be texting me instead of calling to explain yourself when I am late and have no ride." Wow!! What kind of company are they running! It would of been fine had they apologized and said there must of been a communication error on our part. But no... Instead text and blame it on me. Do not waste your time with these guys or you might be stranded. I quickly called Flash Cab and like their name they were there in a flash!

I ordered a cab from them to go to O'hare. The cab showed up 15 minutes early. The driver was very courteous and professional. He helped me with all my bags and even loaded everything in the back of his van for me. All I can say is thank you for making this easy and painless. I will be calling back
