Be prepared to wait several hours there even if you have an appointment. Additionally, waiting rooms are always packed. Don't dare ask questions about your health as you will be attacked for doing so. I had been there over 7.5 years and was treated extremely unprofessionally when I started seeing a newer female doctor there. Not only that, they also made false accusations about me. I sent a rebuttal/reply letter and no one bothered contacting me. I'd been fed up with ridiculous wait times I'd spent there - often 3 or more hours spent there and at least 1 doctor that does not know what they are doing.

The previous posters review is completely untrue. The staff at Lakeside Clinic is wonderful and helpful. I personally asked about the sign in the lobby, the sign says DUE TO THE CHANGES IN INSURANCE from the ACA, which IS TRUE. Most offices collect copays upfront, Lakeside had just not been doing this as a courtesy to patients. But was forced to do this due to all the changes the healthcare industry is facing. Talk to the office manager (who is also WONDERFUL) and you would know all of these things. I've seen many of the physicians at Lakeside and all care about my health and took the time to really listen. They started offering a saturday clinic which has also been such a blessing to me! I got sick on a Friday night and was seen first thing the next morning by Dr. Nixon. He was great! Love this clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else!

This office has signs up in the waiting room stating that "copays are due before you see the doctor due to Obamacare." This is NOT TRUE! I work in the insurance industry and with doctor offices. I have to know the facts of the Healthcare Act because of my job. This is NO WHERE in the Healthcare Act of 2010 that was passed. I do not like Obamacare, and I have no problem paying my copay, but it really bothers me that they are lying to their customers to make more money. Some things do not require a copay with Obamacare. Immunizations and well checkups do not require a copay, but they are collecting on these! Everyone is in a panic about Obamacare and they are taking advantage of this fact knowing that people will not check to make sure that this is not true! Shame on the doctors of this clinic for doing this! SHAME ON YOU! I think I will contact the local news channels about this. I do not approve of Obamacare or like President Obama, but what Lakeside Clinic is doing is just downright dirty!!!!
