I had been having trouble with the toilet in the property I am renting from PRM. I called PRM at 0800 12/24/09 and got their answering service. I explained my problem and was advised that someone would be contacted that could help me. Not more than five minutes later the phone rang and I was advised that the gentleman who could help me with my problem was parked in his work van in front of my house. I could hardly believe it, but there he was. He was as nice an individual as ever I met. I explained my problem and in what seemed like no time at all he was working on it. He was very thorough in his work and knew exactly what he was doing. He was happy doing it and in what seemed no time at all, the problem was no more. I am retired from a service business. This gentleman knew his work and he knew how to leave a good and lasting impression on a customer. Maybe my rent isn't as high as I thought it was. PRM saw to it that my problem was taken care of and right now. To PRM, their service department, and their serviceman I give a Salute.
