Dear Yellow Page Post I was disturbed to hear that you had run into problems when you attempted to purchase a car at Arguelles Auto Sales (AAS). I have reviewed your posting date and determined that this incident occurred while a different individual was managing the business. Please understand that Arguelles Auto Sales is under new management and our goal is to treat every customer with the upmost dignity, and respect. Your comments indicate that you had difficulty obtaining a “cash price” when you called. Implicit in your comment was that the cash price was different from the financed price. I would like to explain this difference which may not have been related to you when you called. AAS will always give a cash price on every vehicle. However, that price is only good if you are actually paying cash or have outside financing. If you utilize our in-house third party lender, we do not control the final sale price. Our third party lender’s price includes other items separate and apart from the sale price which are based on the customer’s credit score. This price is obtained by entering a customer’s information into the third party lender’s program. Once the information is entered, the program will provide pricing on all cars in inventory which include added value items like financing costs, gap insurance, extended warranties etc. These are costs which are not included in a “cash price.” While I regret you had a difficult time it appears that this is a situation is based on a misunderstanding wherein AAS did not live up to its expectations of properly answering your questions as well as we could have at the time. I sincerely hope that you will offer us another chance to exceed your expectations. We have developed a very good reputation over the past several years by treating every customer as fairly and with as much respect as possible. It is unfortunate that you did not feel welcomed or treated fairly. I can only promise you that I will personally meet with you and try to treat you with the respect and dignity that you deserve. How a dealership should be

I purchased a vehicle there and I was skeptical of the guaranteed credit approval sign before I even stepped out onto the lot because the vehicles were so nice. My credit was not what it used to be. We were very weary of going here at first but we decided to go with it. At first it took them time do the repairs and get parts in and all that. We have had our vehicle for about 6-7 months now and we have had the brakes and calibers, the dash wire cluster setup, and the water pump fixed and have not had to pay a penny!! We had a deductible but they took care of it. So turns out we are happy with our vehicle and them taking care of us!
