I second the below statement in regards to the worst customer service! The only reason they get one star is because it made me select at least one. I was told to follow up with the only guy responsible for custom orders or at least the only one out of the staff that had a clue about my order, I did so with several attempts to talk to the gentleman who ordered my rifle. almost two weeks after I was told the firearm would be in 3-5 days. 8 days after my order was placed he still had no clue if the firearm was even shipped from the vendor, he told me to give him a call the next day and he would have an answer for me if it was shipped and an estimated delivery date. When I called back he told me" it is not my fault that I cannot get ahold of my distributer and that I do not know what is going on with your order, you calling and asking the staff is wasting their time. At this point it is not worth my time and effort to continue this sale, I am canceling the order now" and hung up on me. I get it if you have been out of the office, or that you cannot get in contact with your distributer, you don’t tell someone to follow up with you and get an attitude with a customer! this is not good business!!! Pass the secret on so your staff can do some leg work for you! My order may have been a small one under $300 dollars but that is $300 dollars that they will never from me, or any of my coworkers who were thinking of giving this place a try!
