I was looking for a place to take my pup and from the moment I walked it it was negative negative..How you want him cut?how much you want off.I tried explaining that this was our first small dog,and he hadn't been groomed in over a year altho I had been trying to upkeep him.before I even sat him down she said oh hes matted...I said I combed him and brushed him..i didn't think he was matted.then it was drilling me about was it this comb,that comb this brush that brush...it was the owner.Everything about him was wrong his ears ,his legs,he chews some hair was missing not ONE positive thing was said,I pd and while I was paying the owner was still drilling me on what brushe combs I use on him.They were not helpgul or friendly.I ask well did he do ok? she said No not at all :( VERY DISAPPOINTED. will not be back I have NEVER written a review before but after I got home my husband said,why did you even let them do it? they showed NO affection towards my pup whatsoever and me either.RUDE other ppl have told me the exact same thing...I tried to explain that I didn't want his face short but its short short.When I went to pick him up the door was locked...I pd and didn't say a word altho I was shocked I didn't know what to say till I got home and thought about how they treated me and my sweet lil dog...GOOD LUCK I would've said something,but the owner was still telling me on what I was doing wrong ..everything so I just got outta there ASAP not a nice experience AT ALL
