TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM!!!!!!!!!! They had my bridesmaid dress for a week and a half. Went to pick it up THREE times. Twice it wasn't ready so I had to go back. So 5 times I went up there total. Then go back to see it still has spots on it twice. Was told it 'just wouldn't come out' but she wanted to keep it for 2 more days. Every single time it was 2 more days and NOTHING was done to the dress. Spoke to the owner and was told "it was not charity work" and I would not receive a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO DEAL WITH WHAT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. Brought it to Brass Hanger Cleaner in Gautier, MS and it was DONE in ONE day and all the spots are out!!

Since moving home, we have used Budget Cleaners a few times, when our "budget" provides. They have been nothing if not incredibly friendly, professional and great cleaners!

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. This cleaners ruined a brand new pair of $60 jeans, never worn. The jeans were only to be ironed and starched. The jeans were shrunk and discolored. The manager was rude, with no empathy! The manager advice was to next time buy a bigger size. WOW! REALLY! This cleaners does not care about customer satisfactions. The manager only cares about making a profit at the customer’s expense. Very disgusted!
