The website did not offer prices on the beach houses or condos, so I contacted the company, through their own website, and was responded to with attitude. I gave an approximate length of stay (7 or 8 nights) and even an estimated date of May/June 2016 (over a year away), with the number of people. I understood that the rates may change but the response I got was, "I'm sure we will be able to help you when you get a better idea on when and the number of nights. We would not even have the rates for that time in the system as of yet." That response told me they did not bother to read and comprehend what I had written before they responded. I am, quite obviously, not from the area (why else would I be looking for a vacation rental at the beginning of tourist season) and could have used some information to help guide me in the right direction. Communication is key for any sales company and they flunked big time. I won't recommend them to anyone in my family, EVER.

Great rates at Brett Robinson vacation rentals, but if you are booking for a group....BEWARE! The group sales department is basically non-existent. The only contact (LINDA) is notorious for not returing phone calls and emails. The only way that you will get a response is if she's in the mood to pick up that day. Her voicemail directs you to the reservations manager on duty...when transferred to her, she NEVER picks up either! Oh, and if you leave a message for her, guess what? She won't return your call! This department definitely needs to get it together,
