Classic Design

This shop only seems to want to deal in the big jobs. I dropped off a small cutting board insert to have them cut a piece of granite. They were hesitant at first but told me they could have it done in about 2 weeks because they were so backed up. I had almost 5 weeks before I needed the project finished so I agreed. I called at the 3 week mark and was told that their machined had been broken for a week, so they were a week behind but they could get it done by the end of week 4. Now I'm at the 5th week and they still can't promise me that it will be done. My house is going on the market in a week and I have a gaping hole in my counter-top that I have to figure out how to fix. I guess smaller customers aren't worth their time.

This company is terrible from owner down. Poor quality workmanship and installation was worse. They do not stand behind their poor quality work. They do not deserve a star rating. I do not recommend this company for granite.
