        I used to shop here every day. One day I forgot my wallet and was forced to write a check for my toilet paper and dog food. The clerk would not take my check because I didn't have my id. My 2 year old also ate a 50 cent candy while in line. I called the manager to complain and was accused of theft. I drove 20 miles home and then 20 miles back to bring them the 50 cents for the candy my son stole after they wouldn't accept payment.

        Honestly it is a huge mess!!! You can't get to anything without having to move an unpacked box or cart that is dangerously stacked well beyond capacity. They should close their doors for a week or two and unpack their stock- not to mention clean as well!!����

        I shop here every day and have never had an issue. I would not give a 1 star review just cause they needed a valid ID to accept a check. Its the law and has nothing to do with Dollar General.(Previous Reviewer) This Dollar General has provided a great shopping experience for me and I will continue to shop there regularly.
