Bath Relax

I would not recommend Bath Relax also known as Mr. Basement Authorities to anyone. We are currently in a dispute over a contract that we canceled. They are refusing to refund our deposit. They have been reported to the BBB. In the contract it states “R/R (remove and replace) existing paneling install new drywall finished ready for paint by others”. They deny this was for the walls of the basement which are currently done in paneling. They have done no work or purchased materials for the job.
