This company contacted me to sell their "State of the Art" bumper stickers. I figured it would be a good fundraiser for my high school cheer team. Being that we are a Title I, inner city school, I knew that it may take a while to sell these bumper stickers off and I deliberately asked what happens if we do not sell our bumper stickers by the payment date, they told me to simply call and let them know and we can keep extending our payment date as long as I let them know.
We received our bumper stickers quickly, however, they were less than "State of the Art". I was disappointed with the product but didn't complain to the company. Our payment date came and my students had not been able to sell off all of their bumper stickers, so I informed the company and asked for an extension, to which they tell me that they cannot give me an extension. With no money to pay this company, after one week past our payment date, this company is calling our central offices demanding payment and one month has passed and they are going to send this account to collections if payment is not made within one day! To save my school the hassle I paid out of pocket for the "State of the Art" bumper stickers.$8.00 a bumper sticker!!
This company is not a reputable company and does not know how to work with school districts. Very rude, hateful and unprofessional customer service. Additionally, they record your conversation, then when they want payment they send only parts of the recording to the higher ups, they completely deleted the part of the conversation that I would be given opportunities to extend our fundraiser and payment date!! Save yourself the embarrassment, do not do business with this company. There are many other professional fundraising companies who know how to work with public school districts.

I must give this company a star rating in order to submit this entry, however, they are not deserving of one star!

Very unprofessional when it comes to billing. Harassing for payment, several times before the bill is due. I will never use this company again.

I loved the window decals I ordered and I loved that small town, like you have known them forever customer service I received!! I even got a discount for paying my bill on time!!!!! I don't know who these other people dealt with but I actually made over $1,500 profit for my cheer team!! I have tried a couple different fundraising ideas and this one was original and fresh and perfect! Thank You Jackie for helping me brainstorm on ideas to market the window decals and giving me time to actually sell them and put the money in my account!! Just to give you a picture, I started the season with only $300 in my account and NO money for uniforms and camp!

This company is a high pressuring sales jerks that did nothing but create a debt for my poor cheerleading squad. There product is cheap and the car stickers rip and look cheap. Do not allow then to pressure and manipulate you and deceive you like they did me!!!!!!!! They have no respect and multiple people to call and confuse you and lie about the charges once you get the invoice.

This company has sold and also donated many items to our football team and we love their products.

This is that horrible company midstate school supplies and school print inc. They had to change their name because they do such poor business.
