        Overall

        We brought our 2003 Thunderbird for serious repairs to Jacobsen's at the recommendation of a friend. The service was excellent and in one visit, I now know more about my car than I ever learned from Ford Service Company in 12 years. Honesty, excellent service and fairness is very important to us and this is what we received from Tiger and his well trained service department. Highly recommend.
