Fatou African Hair Braiding

My experience here was in my opinion the way a business should operate. I was given expert advice. She (Fatou) was kind and patient, in which I greatly appreciated. I will return to this establishment and would recommend to others.

This place should receive 5 stars because its been 3 months since my hair was braided and I'm still receiving compliments. Unfortunately, these ladies are rude, unprofessional and slick. I went in for a perimeter around 2:30 pm and they immediately took my braids out and then I sat for approx 2.5 hours before they began to braid my hair. (Slick) While getting my hair braided I held my braiders infant child, had a braid gripped so tight that the entire braid came out with my hair leaving a bald spot then to top it off, she wrapped up around 10pm, charged me full price and asked me to drop her off home. (Unprofessional) I have previously vowed to never patronize this place again but this was the last straw. I will not return. PS Forget answering or making or receiving a phone call. They conversate with each other so loudly over your head, you can't hear on the phone, they dont pause conversation or stop even if your phone rings. Don't think about watching the TV, its a waste of electricity. You will never hear, you will be lucky if you can remember your name with the loud talking and vice grip placed on your tresses.
