Took my Hoover Wind Tunnel in to get the bottom part of the hose unclogged because Hoover did not include an instructional booklet in with the product nor did they make it easy to get to the clog. Starks were able to take it apart and unclog it for me and at no charge. Tried to pay. It they wouldn't take it. Awesome retailer . Had wished I had purchased it there instead of Fred Meyers in Gresham.they never would have been that helpful. This is what shopping local means...better customer service and supporting those that help others.
