        Overall

        Their team did not communicate well with each other. After almost 2 weeks they still had nothing about he online obituary . Their Location Manager had no ideal what was going on with his team and why they had done nothing. They were very quick to take money, but then follow through and answers were not there. Very disappointing.

        Nice Building, But Ridiculous Prices

        I went to Bateman/Carroll to get a quote was blown out of the water by their prices, my friend's mom would have to take a loan against her house.
