I have had nothing but the best experience with this business. Here is my story.. I had a clutch replacement done 2 years ago on my Mazda pickup (basically a Ford Ranger) About a month ago I started having issues getting it into gear after driving it for a while. I took it into Gresham Transmission and Jr had the guys bleed the system for me. Rangers are notorious for getting air in the system and are hard to bleed. Anyway, it didn't work. They tried 3 different times to bleed the system but the issue didn't go away. After about 3 weeks of struggling with shifting I went in and talked to Jr and Senior about what to do. Here is the part that separates this business from most. They said bring it in and we'll throw another clutch in it and see if that helps. Well, I went in to pick it up yesterday and ask Jr what I owed him and he said nothing. Note this was a 2 year old clutch with a one year warranty. I about fell over with gratitude. Anyway my truck is running like new again thanks to the help and OUTSTANDING customer service these fellows offer . If you need clutch or tranny work done GO SEE THESE GUYS !!!
My 89 Chev Cargo Van, needed the transmission repaired, for leaking everywhere, noises in first and reverse gears, and a viberation at 45 MPH. I found this business close to me and also they had a 60.00 coupon special for new oil, filter, adjust the bands, etc. He called me with a couple problems, rubber mount broken, bad fill tube seal. When completed, I owed 94.00 with additional fluids and repairs. Cory did not charge me what he could have on the extras, seal and mount 25.00 installed. It works perfect, like it was rebuilt. Total Class Act, clean shop, very professional, and I highly recommend this business!
I asked 3 friends seperatly where to go for a new transmission and they all recommended transmedic. Not the least expensive but he was in the middle after shopping around then agrees to shave $150 off to be more competitive. He explained the differences between the service and parts he used and I felt like it was worth going with transmedic.... Glad I did
