Mr. Ramos did a fantastic job today. He was courteous and more than competent. We’re so glad that he came out today to service. Thank you again.

Needed exit pipe from house cleaned out and clean out valve put in. Quote was $1700.00!!! I called Roto Rooter and they were out within the hour, only charged $400.00 and said the clean out valve was already there!! 5 Starr Plumbing lied and was going to charge for the clean out valve that was already there!

1 hour and 20 minutes labor to diagnose and repair plumbing. $30 in parts. $450 repair bill. You be the judge. I won't be fooled again.

Within an hour (early morning) of us calling, he was on the job and it was a day before Thanksgiving to boot. Joshua even works holidays ! He loves his work and has 13 years experience in the electrical world and five years with Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling.He also informed me of damages that power surges could bring about and that we should get some extra protection. New info we didn't already know.

BEWARE!!!! I rate this company zero stars but in order to review I had to choose at least one star. Do not use this company if you have any plumbing or air problems in your home. This company preys on the vulnerability of it's customers. We had a plumbing issue that involved the air system of the house and just for the plumbing part Five Star quoted us at over $11,000 which is three times more expensive then two other companies we received quotes from. I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales associate that tried to convince me I "needed" a whole new HVAC system. When my family was not able to live at home me due to the plumbing and air issues we were relying on individuals to get the job done in a timely manner as well as a cost effective solution. This company has done only harm to our house as we now have another air issue that involves what they "fixed"-- yet they won't come inspect without charging a service fee!!!!!!

Thanks to Paul Rouse for the work he did for me today. With his politeness and eagerness to make sure I understood everything he was going to accomplish for us, I felt like we had been assigned our own personal plumbing expert. I spent my career in the service business and can verify that showing a customer your sense of obligation to make things right goes a very long way in customer satisfaction. Paul fits that profile very well. Thanks for assigning him to us.
