Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes

I purchased a motorhome here in May, 2018. I traded in an 8-month old RV that was a total lemon I had gotten from another dealer who had TERRIBLE service. Before buying this time, I called and interviewed Service Depts, not Sales, as all the sales divisions are great - of course - and MOST service depts are terrible (I know this now,). What I liked about my interview with Phil, the service manager, was that he assured me that, as a full time RVer, IF my motorhome had an issue that kept me from living in it (since it is my only home) they would get me in on an emergency basis, yet otherwise I would need to wait my turn. I appreciated the straight forward info. And they have been true to their word. I usually set up appointments in advance, since waits can be a good while (which is true throughout the industry for any good RV service dept.) I am soooooo happy I bought from them due to both their sales AND service! And I love their tech staff - the ones I have worked with have been kind, down to earth, and competent.

I purchased a 5th wheel in November and there was no high pressure. Lewis just answered questions and let me make my own decision. This was my first rv purchase and I was very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the entire process. They had my unit delivered to my lot on Lake Keowee. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a rv.

Our family purchased a TT recently and cannot brag enough on the care Bob Ledford s team showed us. Lewis, our salesman, was educating and honest with all of our questions. He was NEVER pushy and understood our many trips before our purchase. Eli and the technicians took there time educating us on start up and care due to it being our first ownership. Everyone we came into contact with was genuinely happy for us and willing to assist us in any way. If you are looking to purchase this facility is top notch!! Thank you! Ultimately I did not purchase my new 2018 Surveyor from Ledfords, but they're definitely the ones that sold me on it. The only reason we didn't purchase from Ledfords is because we were delayed by our own faults and then decided we wanted a larger model that wasn't in stock. Josh Martin was absolutely incredible in every way. I will be refering him to anyone that is looked to buy an RV.

My husband and I have been checking out travel trailers everywhere, we found the one we really liked there, Jeff was extremely helpful and got us a great deal, so on Monday I will be calling Jeff to put down our deposit, and hopefully in a couple of weeks we can arrange to pickup our new Cherokee. Also everyone that we encounter at Bob Ledford's was very friendly and helpful.

From the crazy lady, "Kathy" that helped us to decide on our selection to the wonderful job that Micheal did explaining everything to us on our new beauty! Went back for small repair, water line was restricted from factory. Service dept. Fixed it on the spot. Never had to unhook. Excellent customer service. Thanks

The most informative, helpful, and genuine staff an rv newbie could ask for. We had issues with our weight distribution hitch that we ordered off of the internet, which we ended up having to return. David gave us an awesome quote for labor and shared his opinions on which hitch would best suit our needs. Travis in parts got our hitch in quickly and was super informative. Scott the service manager got us in the shop immediately so we could get back on the road. Coty installed our hitch and shared his knowledge with us to ensure that we are traveling safely and efficiently. And of course Mr. Tom Brady for his funny jokes. Our experience was everything you could ask for and we are super grateful for their hospitality.

After going to numerous RV sales lots we caved and took a recommendation from our friends to drive 2 hours to Bob Ledfords. The service was awesome! Kelly was very attentive and personable. She was very patient with all of our questions :) we decided to choose a model on their lot just to stay with their service and I have absolutely no regrets! When we picked up the RV we were given a very thorough walk-through of everything we needed to know. We have never felt rushed or unimportant. Highly recommend Bob Ledfords!

Had a few small issues with the toyhauler we bought and Jerry in the service department handled all our needs with the upmost professionism we could ask for. Jeff in sales wasn't even our salesman and helped more than he ever should. Thanks guys for making our problems ending in a great experience.

I stopped by to look at motor homes on Memorial Day. Everyone there was really busy but very polite. A far cry from camping world. I am working with a Kelly Patterson and she really knows her stuff. I got a follow up call this morning and Kelly located a model with all the specs we want! Five star dealership.

The gentlemen who gave us the introductory tour from the service department certainly know his. I've owned a number of RVs & asked some technical questions & he had all the answers. We were impressed.

From beginning to end a great experience. Wayne found us the perfect camper, Bryan gave us a very informative tour & Stephanie got us on the road quickly. Everyone there was pleasant & helpful.

I love catching businesses doing things well. My husband and I just had one of the most pleasant experiences while buying our new Apex Nano. From our initial call with sales representative Kelly, to picking up the trailer yesterday, we cannot praise this company highly enough! Along the entire process every personnel member was friendly, helpful and professional. High praise to Kelly, Carla, Jeff and Tammy. We think we are going to enjoy many hours of camping in our new camper. The few issues with the factory "fit & finish" concerns were promptly resolved at the dealership.
