Valle Vista

This is a great place to live! We have lived here for almost 2 years, and love it! The office staff are friendly, understanding and helpful. We love stopping in to say hi and grab a snack. And the maintenance guys are kind and quick to help with any need.
Since moving in, they have been doing their best to update the common areas, and it's looking great! The pool and fitness center are always clean and well-maintained.
We have great neighbors, and love that our kids have friends both young and old so close to home.

We moved out on good terms then they told 2 potential new landlords 2 different stories both of which are untrue and lack evidence. Causing us to be stuck in a hotel and unable to find a place. Staff was always rude to us and one employee even treated us like trash because we make parenting choices different from her. Don't waste your time or money.

There was an electrical fire in my neighbors apartment due to a water main break. I was not notified at work that fireman and maintenance staff had to come into my apartment and evacuate the building (including my two 100lb+ dogs). When I got home debris had been tracked all over my carpet. The desk lady was very kind and left a message for management staff to get back to me. After still not hearing from management staff the nice office lady suggested I call the fire department on how to get the debris up and make an insurance claim since my vacuum broke in the process of trying to clean it up. My dogs have sores on their feet from the debris AND my allergies have been horrible due to the mold exposed during the walling being torn down to fix the water issue. Management staff a week later still has not called me back and unfortunately I work while they are on site. They offer money for referrals for people to move her. Instead of referring my friends im looking for new apartments. The office staff is great, maintenance men so nice! But God forbid another emergency happen I could not trust the management to protect me or my dogs and handle the situation in a professional and satisfying manner.

Love the apartments

I found Valle Vista Arms when looking for an apartment for my mother, a senior citizen. There is on-site security here, a golf-course, and the complex backs up to Craig Park in Greenwood. Great location, the staff was super-friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend this complex to both Seniors and families as they have community activities and good security.

This company "misplaces" checks all the time. I have had several problems with them, and it scares me to think that they handle money.
