Budget Truck Rental

The Budget Truck Rental on Highway 31 in Greenwood Indiana was just what we wanted. They had the best price for the move we were doing. They were almost half of any other company. We have done several moves either for us or family and I would have to say this was by far the best truck we have had. It was almost new, had all the comforts you would want. We had a good radio an excellent air conditioning system and comfortable seats. There is not much you can do as for ride comfort on a 26 foot moving truck. They are bumpy at best, but this was certainly better than we had expected. They had the truck all ready to be picked up and they did the paperwork quickly and we were on our way. The owners of this branch were courteous and helpful. A big plus that I think most people would appreciate is there were no hidden costs. So often your quote is not what you pay. I absolutely paid what I had been quoted. For the cost they automatically gave us unlimited miles and four days to deliver the truck to the return location. Traveling over 10 hours away up an down mountains, you really want to know your vehicle is not going to have issues. How nice it was to just be able to travel worry free. I would use them again for future rental truck needs. the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the local phone is not answered and not all questions can be answered by the national company.
