General Info: In 1971, Jerry Boyd, having devoted his early career to large firms and corporate controllership, started a new accounting firm that better matched the culture and values he believed in. His goal was simple: to build a people-first firm where staff could pursue a career in public accounting while also leading a balanced and fulfilling family life. Randy Pinegar joined his firm in the summer of 1993 and by 1998 had been admitted into the partnership.
