Michael's Limousine

My friend's grandma passed in last month. She was 104 and all family members had wished to give honor to a beautiful soul. So, we arranged funeral limousine at the last minute. Chauffeurs were professional and they picked and dropped guests without disturbing others. Thanks, Michael's team to provide quick service at their sad time.

I ordered a Ford Party Bus for a Prom that seated 24 people. Communication at first was great, they were a little pushy but they were efficient. I did this 5 months prior to my event. Come the 2 days before my event, I hadn't received any communication until I called. I found out they hadn't received any records of my deposit only when I asked, the day of the prom I didn't receive any communication from the company. I called about 8 times before someone answered when I used a different phone. The man on the phone was extremely rude, he kept pushing my questions off. 3 hours before my event I asked for the driver's number and when they were going to take out the rest of my payment from my accounts, to only find that the driver hadn't been assigned yet and their credit card machine conveniently "broke." Had to pay in cash and run to the bank day of and hours before my event. I was given the wrong phone number to the driver, I was told to get off the phone because I was on "too long" and the manager was going "crazy" because of me. When I get to the meeting location, the bus I ordered was actually a hummer that could barely sit the 24 people we had gotten. The driver was asking me for 1100 when the total should have been 1021. The driver texted me after saying that he did not receive a tip from me personally when $240 was in the envelope and included in the payment for him.

This company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL coming from a 17 year old who knew more about staying organized after growing up in a family business. They were rude and unaccommodating to both their customers and their drivers.

I would have given more than 5 stars if there was any option available. GREAT SERVICE!!! I hired Michaels Limousine for my wedding... I have used Michaels for the corporate transfers. I asked for LINCOLN NAVIGATOR SUV for 10 people. The fleet was so accomodating, clean and had a little bar in itself.... My clients were impressed with their service. The chauffeur was well mannered and was in the proper dress.

I found the company very professional. From first phone for limo quotes to the transportation provided on my wedding day, everything was just perfect. Avoid this limo company. Non responsive and unprofessional. A customer shouldn't have to chase them down to do business.

I found Michael's Limo while searching for a limo company on internet and decided to book them for my wedding because of the impeccable reviews i read on many sites. I am so glad that I did.



Michael's was extremely responsive and helpful from the first time we spoke. His quotes were very reasonable compared to other competitor's quotes, and the limos were high quality. Our limo driver showed up the house early and was very accommodating to the needs of myself and my family.



What I liked best about this company was the ease with which I could contact them Most of the vendors I'd hired for my wedding were nearly impossible to contact and I had to chase them down to get answers. Not the case with Michael's I reached out to him and was so professional.

Last week we planned to have a family dinner party and i thought of giving a surprise to all and hence booked a Hummer Stretch and everybody was so happy to see it.
