They do not change their gloves/use hand gel with every person they see. (This also includes the people who do finger sticks as well) They go from one person to the next with the same gloves and this is scary since they are dealing with blood/bodily fluids. The only people t...morehey are protecting are themselves-not us the donors. They also don't clean the tables that u lie on where u donate. I've had to ask them on two occasions to clean them because of oils and dirt from someone else's body. One employee clearly was not happy when I asked her. view less
First time took a long time, but the manager there worked hard to get me done. Staff that meet you first are super friendly and the place is REALLY nice. Went back yesterday and it only took about an hour or so. Way better than the place on Stone ave.
