The Phoenix Center is here to help. If you have a substance abuse problem, get help now. The Phoenix Center is the legislated authority on substance abuse for the Greenville, SC area. It is Greenville County's largest provider of substance use disorder treatment, rehabilitation and prevention services. The Phoenix Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and the Department of Health and Environmental Control.
