TGI Fridays

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got there and sat for 20 minutes with not even a hello or drink order. Had to ask for a waiter. Then the food was not great for $20 a plate and the drinks were watered down. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Will NOT be going again. Wouldn't recommended this place to anyone.

Been patronizing this restaurant for well over a year now and find it the best in the area. Food is good and reasonably priced. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. You can't find a better place for a family meal.

During a trip to Greenville today to do some shopping, we stopped for lunch at TGI Friday's. We went in and were immediately seated. There weren't many people there as it was not quite 12:30 yet on Saturday. There were only three other tables in our section which had customers and two of them already had their food. There seemed to be plenty of wait staff on hand and there were two hosts at the front door. We waited more than 15 minutes as waitresses passed by our table without acknowledging us in any way. There were four or five waitresses at the beverage area close by and several of them looked in our direction but none of them came over. After a few more minutes, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was ridiculous for all of those people to be standing around doing nothing and for a couple of them to walk past us several times and not even ask us if we'd been served. We didn't even get a glass of water. We left and went to Fatz down the street and we had our seats, drinks and rolls within less than 10 minutes of arriving. I have no desire to give TGI Friday's another chance. There are too many places to eat to bother with one that won't serve you and doesn't even apologize for their lack of service when you tell them why you are leaving.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is boisterous and friendly. You don't have to worry about being too loud here. The menu has a wide variety of items to select from and should have something for everyone. The service is friently and reliable. Good gathering place for couples and groups!
