My husband entered St. Francis Hospital via the ER. The ER was over-crowded, but the medical staff were friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Prior to my husband's surgical procedure, the vascular surgeon thoroughly explained all aspects of the plans and expectations. In the ICU, the staff were beyond reproach. In a matter of days, he was back in his rehab facility.
