Rooms To Go

Been trying to get a replacement table for almost 2 yes due to a factory defect and I called the store numerous times and tells me they get someone to call and called today and says it's out of warranty paid 3800 cash for this and you can see where the clear spit when they finished it will take my business somewhere else

Terrible customer service! They will not help you once you buy so save your money and go elsewhere! They will reel you in with fairly good "deals" and once you buy that's it. So if you like the prices and decide to go with it, just be prepared because the quality is even cheaper and if the guys that deliver it don't tear it up, you lucked out but expect the stuff to go to pot real soon. And you can march in the store all you want but don't expect them to give a rats behind. They'll send you on a wild goose chase and round and round you'll go until you finally figure out that you got duped. So it goes...save the pennies a little longer and go somewhere where the company actually cares.

I went to Rooms to go and at first was very displeased. Five associates made eye contact with me, but not one ever asked if I needed help or even acknowledged my presence. Once my sales associate Richard came to the rescue I was very happy. He was helpful, informative, and kind and I got the living room and bed room suite I had been looking for all day! Great prices for excellent quality-just the staff was rude

Be careful before deciding to buy from this store. I spent a good amount on an entire living room set as well as an area rug. The area rug began to unravel underneath after about a month. I went to the store and spoke with the manager who said he could do nothing, that I would need to call the customer service number. I did and they sent a service rep to my house to look at the carpet, he said that the stitching was defected but went back and reported that the damage had happened within my home and therefore was not covered under warranty. In other words, I am stuck with a defected rug. I sent them pictures of the rug and informed them that their is no way whatsoever that I caused the damage. I have another area rug that I have had much longer that still looks new. Bottom line, they will not help you once you have purchased with them. They also sent me lamps that were not what I ordered and told me there was nothing they could do about that either. They are also incredibly rude. This has been quite the ordeal.
