My wife's watch needed a battery replacement. I walked in to see if they can help. Not only were they exceedingly helpful and courteous, they serviced the watch in minutes. The charge ($15.95) was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this business for any jewelry/watch repair service one may need.

I walked in to get my favorite necklace repaired. Marcia was so helpful and fixed it literally in less than two minutes for me! I thought I would have to drop it off and come back sometime the following week, but she fixed it right on the spot in no time! The jewelry in the store is absolutely gorgeous and the prices are very good. The employees are very welcoming and friendly! My family and I will definitely be going back to Paradise Jewelers in the future!

I brought a old family ring to Lou, to make into a cross for my daughters confirmation. The result was beyond words could ever say. Lou was awesome with the design. It is more than my daughter or I could have ever hoped for. If you need repairs or design work I urge you to go see Lou and Marcia, they will NOT disappoint. I'm so glad I found them.

Lou and Marcia at Paradise Jewelers sure did an outstanding job for me. I knew nothing about diamonds except that I wanted to buy a ring. I used the web sites, "leave it to the expert" to help me decide. Lou and Marcia not only helped but their site gave me a crash course in diamonds 101. I wanted a ring for Christmas, Lou got it to me before Halloween. And the first person that seen it commented on how brilliant and clear the diamond was. I didn't need to be an expert, as I could see that this was a quality diamond. No doubt in my mind where I am going for any jewelry that I want in the future and both Marcia and Lou are so personable.

When my wife's wedding ring broke, I called these guys and asked can you fix it? They said sure no problem! So I packed up the ring and talked to Lou and told him this was the second or third time the setting failed and she lost the diamond..He suggested changing to a different style setting and showed me a new diamond that was even more brilliant than the original. I asked how long he would need to fix it and he said, How does by Friday look. Well sure enough by Thursday it was done and looked awesome. IF you need some jewelery new or repaired I wouldnt call anybody else.

These guys are the real deal, they are always up front and honest when trading in your jewelry, and even told me I would get more money if i sold it privately. They are very professional and have a great selection of jewelry to choose from. On top of all that they are in a great location. Will definitely be back to this place.

Wow! This store has an AMAZING selection of jewelry. From the

atmosphere is upscale feel, but the owners are so friendly that it is

easy to feel comfortable there. I had such a great time chatting while

Lou was repairing an earring of mine; I would go again and again!! Lou

and Marcia are very helpful and down to earth people.

I love shopping at Paradise Jewelers, especially when I am looking for something specific or unusual for a reasonable price. The owner, Lou, is just terrific and I don't know how he does it, but he rarely forgets your name once he has met you; he always greets you by name and makes you feel like you are his most important customer, which is quite a feat when he has several customers at one time! I can always find what I am looking for, or Lou will find it and order it for me. He also does jewelry repairs and ring sizing. Now that is great service!

"We buy your gold, silver, platinum, and diamonds!" ... or not. I was told they were "not interested" in my pieces. WTF - They didn't even make me an offer. Don't waste your time unless you have "unique" pieces to sell.
