Very disappointed in the customer service here. I placed an order for a few monogrammed items, once they rang me up and wrote everything down, I paid and then they told me they forgot to charge me for one of the monograms. Then I had to do another transaction to pay for a monogram which I thought was tacky considering it was their fault but I didn't complain. When they called to tell me my items were ready for pick up, I drove all the way over to Woodruff, got home, opened them and they were wrong. They gave me a derby hat with my monogram on it (very cute but no where on my order was that written down?!). So then I went back over there, they made me return the hat and then finally corrected my items. When I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience they said they could give me 10% off a future purchase, I clearly didn't want to shop there again after that experience-refunding me 10% would have made me much more inclined to come back after that mess!

I love to shop here! They are always friendly and helpful, and they always have something I want..and can afford. Reasonably priced, classic jewelry for normal humans! Beautiful!

The selection of gifts here was nice, but I had to literally babysit these people to get my items. I made a $90-100 order of some items about a month before my wedding for a few wedding party gifts. I went thru this long half hour process in the store to get everything right. I was concerned that they spell my brothers name right - its JON, and I know it's often spelled JOHN. She swore she got this right in the computer. Then the computer goes down n she has to reenter everything. She insists she remembers everything and re-enters it on memory even tho I'm standing right there offering to repeat it all. She reads things back to me and I ask her if she has him name spelled right, she says yes. Great! Then she swears up n down that the ABSOLUTE latest my items will arrive is two days before my wedding... But not to worry it should b earlier, thats just tge absolute latest. Ok, So I get my receipt and leave. About ten minutes later I'm at a stoplight looking at my receipt and see she spelled my brothers name JOHN even after I went thru it with her multiple times. So I call the store and tell her. She apologizes profusely and changes it in the computer.

A few days later I call the warehouse that receives and produces the orders, and I come to find out she never fixed the spelling, and I had to rectify her screw up AGAIN. I confirm everything the way it should be and they had the rest correct.

Cut to 4 days before my wedding, I decide I should call to confirm delivery to the store will b on time. I call the warehouse and they tell me gee, no, the delivery is set for the Monday AFTER my wedding not the Friday BEFORE and that the salesperson should've told me that in the beginning. I tell tgem the story and luckily they offer to overnight my items directly to me. By the time they arrive it's literally the day before my wedding, and luckily by then they'd managed to get my brothers name correct. The whole experience was a huge hassle and if I hadn't babysat them every step of the way EVERY part would've been messed up, the gifts themselves AND the delivery. And all they gave me was a simple apology after all that, which seems pretty sad. I'll never shop here again.
