Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

Went in to get a tire checked and was not only laughed at like I was crazy but charged for tire repairs. Technicians claimed there was no problem. This is not the 1st time this happened to me. They replaced my windshield wipers (front & back) that don't work. Now the rear wiper doesn't work at all. General Manager of this store needs to look into this departments customer care immediately. I feel the elderly and female patrons are being taken advantage of.
