Founded in 1931, Giant Eagle is one of the largest food retailers and distributors in the United States. The company operates more than 155 corporate and over 65 independently owned and operated supermarkets in addition to nearly 125 fuel and convenience stores throughout western Pennsylvania, Ohio, north central West Virginia and Maryland. In addition to a variety of produce, meat and seafood, as well as services that include dry cleaning, on-site supervised child learning, video rental and in-store banking.
