        Rude secretary and owner...terrible customer service. Harrasses potential clients with telemarketing and even fax. Would not reccommend.

        Secretary is rude as any I've ever met. Several businesses running out of the same office; doesn't make sense at all. Telemarkets to prospective clients in a near-harrassing manner. Owner, D. Harrell, is a rude man who doesn't respect others. Story circulates of him telling a college student that the degree would be of no use, and said college student would never find a good job after graduating. Go with someone else for your insurance needs.
