Door to Door Transport

This is the worst transportation service i have ever had to use. I am on ssi and have no car so social services is kind enough to pay door to door to take me to my dr. appts. The problem is that they sometimes pick you up an hour and a half before your appt. or 20 mins before, you never know when they will be there. they beep the horn and you have 5 min. to be out there or they leave. they went to the wrong address once and i missed my appt. the time they came an hour and a half early i missed my appt, i must have been in the shower and didnt hear them beep.when you are ready to be picked up after seeing the dr. expect to wait an hour at least. This is a great service for people like me, i just wish door to door wouldnt take advantage of our helplessness. they are the only form of transportation we have and they know it.
