Cherry Court Apartments

Firstly I do not recommend this business at all. If I could give no stars I would. The property manager is deplorable. The One maintenance man they have does not fix anything and if he does it takes months. The apts are nice until you live in them. While i had the maintenance man fixing one issue and told him of another he had the nerve to tell me to put a ticket in. He would not fix it. My neighbor has black mold growing on her ceiling and water dripping and they will not fix it. They fix the apts up to appear in good shape but it's just a blanket covering crap.

I am a long term resident of Cherry Court Apartments (almost 20 years). I have always enjoyed my apartment. Many people have come and gone and many of us continue to live here. There have been only a few problems during my years and most have been handled in a timely manner, if that wasn't possible I was notified and kept up to date on progress. The staff has remained the same for many years, to me this says alot. Greenville is home to me and I have seen many changes over the years. I have no plans to leave Greenville or my home. If you are looking for a good place to live you should look into moving into Cherry Court. Oh yes, that is if you are a good person and considerate neighbor. We are like family, most of us are close. We watch out for one another. I have never worried about leaving home or felt unsafe. During vacation I always tell my neighbor's when and where I am going, I also notify the staff and they have always kept a good watch on my apartment. This is a great comfort to me. I am a single mother and I'm sure all mothers can appreciate this. Management has always been helpfull, even with things unrelated to my apartment such as where to pick up school supplies for my daughter. I hope one persons opinion helps.
