Been shopping in this store for several months when hair stylist suggested a particular product for my hair. When I got to store there were several products from that company so I asked owner for assistance telling him what my issue was. Once I tore opened the plastic box I realized there were three different products instead of three of the item that was on the top. I would have been able to use two of them but one wasn't for my hair type. Without opening any of the individual packages I returned it to the store. He said because the box was torn he couldn't accept it back and refused to admit that I got what he suggested. My total order had been 43.00 and he was content on losing a customer on a product that cost 5.69. I asked him whether he wanted to lose a customer over 5.69 and he told me to just go someone else. That makes absolutely no sense to me but obviously it did to him.
He could have even sold it for cost but would have kept a happy customer.
