Hired shamrock for a second opinion on my 15-year-old AC unit. First company told me you had a bad compressor and had to replace the whole system for thousands of dollars . Shamrock came out diagnose the problem, fixed it and it only cost a couple hundred dollars. Thank you Shamrock for being honest. Will hire again

I will have to say that the owner (William) of this company believes in customer satisfaction and customer retention. He doesnt except anything less than stellar work from his technicians, excellent customer service from his staff, and above standard quality of the work his customers receive. Memorial Day weekend 2012 my A/C went out and a tech from another company said it needed to be replaced which would of been about a week to order everything plus 3K!!!. Shamrock tech was scheduled to come by and due mainteinance on the system and discovered a simple fuse had been blown and repaired it. A/C has been running awesome since!! This company saved me over 3K so you know who does all my maintenaince? Right you guessed it!

I can't say enough nice things about this company. William come out fixed the problem and I feel so BLESSED to have found this company

Thanks to the technicians that came out to service my air conditionor. They were on time, they took their time on my unit. So now when summer comes around i will not be sitting in the heat. i know my system will work properly.
