Amazing service, had a break in the windshield they filled while I was having body work done. Could not have been any more simple, well unless I had not broke my car, and my windshield!

They made the appt on Friday, ...

They made the appt on Friday, June 29th for Saturday, June 30th, then called back and adv they do not work on Saturday! Rescheduled for Monday. I kept the appt with them due to the mobile service but I called other companies that quoted me around $200 to replace the back windshield. They came to my work and did the work on Monday. They never provided me a quote. When the work was complete the technician advised it was over $350 but I was only responsible for the $250 deductible and they would bill my insurance the remainder. I paid by credit card. I rcvd a receipt. As far as I was concerned I was done. Then Regional started calling and leaving me messages. Just to call at my earliest convenience. Since I work long hours their office was not open at a convenient time for me and I figured it was just a follow up about the service. Eight days after the windshield was replaced I get a message from security that the technician was at my office building requesting to speak with me. I was leading a training class and could not leave to find out why and they were closed by the time I left work. Then I get a nasty message 9 days later stating that they do not appreciate me not calling them back and I am still responsible for paying the remaining amount owed even though the secretary made a mistake billing my credit card and that they know I know about it, etc. HOW DARE THEY! My billing cycle was not yet complete / had not rcvd a bill yet and I'm sorry, I do not look at my credit card daily to see what was and was not billed. After I heard this message I did pull my account up online and realized they had only billed my card $50.00. I called them back and left a message to either re-bill the card or mail me a bill but do not contact me again. Which of course they have...
