I see I'm not the only one with a bad experience. I received a gift certificate through Living Social from a family member. First I called this salon several times to set up and appointment and I even left a message and no one returned my call. Then after a few days I drove by to try and find this salon on State Street and I couldn't even find it. I wondering if they were out of business? Then I called several more times (like every few hours from 10-5pm during business hours for two business days in a row and not once did anyone answer the phone) so I left yet another message. Then I decided to give up and complain to Living Social and ask for a refund. Only then did I get call on my VM from someone at this salon who left the snottiest message! No apology, and very condescending. it was something to the effect of "We are ONLY available by appointment so you have to have an appointment."
Um yeah, DUH, that is why I've been calling for a week now.
So no thank you. I prefer to go to businesses who want business. Ones who answer their phones and at the very least return their messages. Unreal in this time of a down economy that a business would act so unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Greensboro has better salons.
