        I work as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to Jim Weeks. Jim handled my Personal Injury case last year. I was rear ended by two trucks. My case was a whiplash case. The final settlement exceeded our expectations. Knowing other personal injury attorney's who also stated the amount of the settlement normally won't go beyond $7,500 - $10,000. I can personally state that the settlement I received was extremely fair on a whiplash case. Jim Weeks you are a great boss and an exceptional attorney.
