Jackie Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

I started with this agency when it was located on W. Market St. At that time Brenda Brown was the agent and Carol ran the office. Brenda became ill and Jackie took over the agency. My brother recommended Brenda to me. When I met her and Carol, I felt welcome ... never rushed! Jackie runs her office the same way. For me, it's always a welcomed atmosphere.

I never had a problem under either management. My questions were always answered. Any requests I had were filled ASAP. Insurance claims were paid. Whenever I had questions, someone talked with me until I understood the situation. No one ever rushed me to end the phone conversation.

I would highly recommend this agency to anyone

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. They are unable to respond to basic questions and have a general attitude when you want further details about YOUR bill. They could care less about retaining your business.

Extremely unhelpful. They seem to only be interested in selling policies not providing their customers service.
