        Excellent customer service. Guilford Locksmithing arrived quickly to my home and got me in my car and ready to go in 10 minutes. Super friendly. I highly recommend.

        Overall

        Shop did not perform services advertised and did not have staff available to perform services advertised. Customer service was lacking over the phone by female employee. They refused to set an appt to fulfill service that had been previously paid for but staff member equipped to do it was not there, even though I was coming 45 mins from out of town. I do not recommend!
