Align- A 60 minute hybrid series of postures from Bikram/Barkan 26 pose methods and other styles of yoga that creates greater range of mobility while enhancing stability in variations of postures. This class will energize, calm and inspire you to focus and find inner peace. Class practice in a room heated ideally 105 degrees fahrenheit. Awake- A 60 or 90 minute hybrid series of postures from the Bikram & Barkan series and other styles of yoga to create greater range of motion and variation. It will energize, calm, and inspire you to focus and find inner peace. Class practiced in a room heated to ideally 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Balance- A 90 minute Bikram/Barkan method series made up of 26 postures and breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to ideally 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity. The world renowned yoga practice has been proven to relive aliments of all kinds and restore one to fitness and greater health. BoxingYoga™- “Born in a boxing club, BoxingYoga™ focuses on streamlined activity, directly targeting improved sporting performance. A BoxingYoga™ class merges boxing technique with traditional and innovative yoga postures in a 60-minute class format. The four stages of the class are performed in one continuous movement sequence to music, with intensity adapted to participant’s needs and ability. Detox- In this neutrally-temperatured level 2 class, you will experience poses specifically designed to restore balance between brain hemispheres and promote harmony within the nervous system. As these poses wring out toxins that have accumulated within the body’s tissues, you can expect feelings of increased wellbeing and clarity of mind. Empowered- A balanced and fluid vinyasa class, incorporating playfulness and serenity, challenge and rest. The class emphasizes coordinating movements with breath and cultivating mindfulness both on and off the mat. Enjoy creative sequencing and fun transitions. Energize- An energizing practice that focuses in yoga transitions that flow in and out of postures with the breath (prana). This style of yoga provides an intense cardiovascular workout combined with the benefits of a calming yoga practice. Vinyasa engages the upper body and core by using techniques to increase flexibility, strength and total body wellness. Enlightened- This Iyengar-insipred, level 1-2 class focuses on structure, alignment, and the prevention of injury and incorporates breath work (pranayama) as a means to unite body and mind and tap into one’s inherent wisdom and serenity. Fit- Want to flow your way to a fitter you? Come join us for a core centered vinyasa flow infused with intense cardiovascular moves mixed with total body sculpting. Strengthen- A yoga class geared towards creating an environment that challenges strength and flexibility free of judgement (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes). Strong- A 60 minute vinyasa flow focusing on Inversions for beginner to advanced students in a neutral room. Inversions like headstand and shoulder-stand are the most powerful of asanas leading to a higher state of consciousness and enlightenment. This class is loaded with laughter, creative flows, and musical backdrops ranging from classical to hip-hop. This exciting class is sure to take you to new heights! Zen- This class is slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time-two to five minutes or more per posture is typical. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body-the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
