        I was referred to Dean's by a local Toyota dealership when I asked them to repair a leather seat. Dean's gave me a quote and I scheduled an appointment. They finished the job timely and within the estimate they gave me. They replaced a section of leather and it can't be distinguished from the original leather so they had a perfect match. They do beautiful work at a reasonable price and I'm very glad I found them.

        HAVE TAKEN OVER 4 WEEKS TO INSTALL AND CONVERTIBLE TOP. I HAD TO PAY FOR TOP BEFORE REC'D.

        THEY ARE OPERATING ON A SHOESTRING. THEY INSISTED ON ORDERING THE TOP. I HAD TO GO PAY FORTHE TOP FROM UPS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY. THEY ORDERED AND PUT ON THE WRONGTOP WHICH WAS PUCKERED. AFTER I REFUSED THE WORK THEY AKNOWLEDGE THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKEDURING THIS TIME THE HAVE BROKEN THE TOP MECHANISM TWICE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR. MY CARIS A 99 AND WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER BEFORE I LEFT IT WITH THEM. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM
