        Battery problem

        Steve Duncan was my service manager. He kept me informed about what was happening to my car. It was difficult to find what was causing the drain on the battery but the mechanic found the culprit and Steve made sure I wasn't charged a ton on labor. I have been using Crown Honda since I bought my car in 2004.

        Never buy a car from this company!!!!! I purchased a vehicle that needed some minor repairs and was given in writing that they would fix it. Two months later and no one will return a phone call, and all the dealerships push the responsablity to someone else. Now I found out that the factory speakers in the car were stripped out and the replacements weren't even installed properly giving the car this horrible sound going down the road, and guess what no one calls be back on this either. BEWARE!!!
