I highly recommend this company. I have to say upfront that I was apprehensive because I have never had a tattoo but I have had permanent cosmetics applied before in Asheville, NC about five years ago. Buying a reduced package price probably even increased my anxiety because of the old adage, "you get what you pay for". From the outside of the building, I was still a bit nervous, I am never above backing out if I am not at ease completely. The location is small but easy to find across from Greensboro College. Once entering, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady that made a very positive first impression. C.A.S is definitely in a starter location, small etc. but extremely clean. This experience was phenomenal. Carlie did an exceptional job on my eyes. She has great attention to detail and is truly an artist. I have been told before that I am difficult to numb, even my dentist has problems which just increased my apprehension. My last experience in Asheville had been painful yet Carlie had no problem keeping my eye lids numb and making this experience as painless as possible. She followed up with a "healing schedule" of what to expect, do etc. to take care of my eyes and avoid infection. That was far more attention than I had expected given my previous positive experience in Asheville. It has been four days, I am easily back to normal but better. I never had even a HINT of infection, my eye liner looks beautiful and everything went perfectly. I will definitely go back for more. I think next, my eyebrows or lip liner.
Let me add that Carlie was friendly, caring and accommodating. Because of a family crisis, I was out of town for two months and was only home for a few days before going back to take care of my ailing mother. With my deadline looming, Carlie was booked when I called last minute for an appointment, but stayed late on a Saturday to work me in her schedule. She never complained at all. Instead, from the moment I walked in I felt appreciated and experienced the ultimate in customer service.
